Mesa Fit Club!

I have been busy getting my new group, Mesa Fit Club, ready. Last night was our first meetup. It was great! We did the Burn It Off workout from ChaLEAN Extreme.

Coincidentally, we also did the same workout on Tuesday at Mesa Mom's Fit Club that I go to. This is a really good workout for your inner thighs, and really gets your heart rate up there. I love it!

I also walked 6 miles on Monday. I've been working out all week, I just haven't been on a good schedule. I need to plan when I am starting ChaLEAN Extreme.
