142!

Wow, I stepped on the scale this morning, 142! I can't believe it! I had to get back on the scale just to make sure I was reading it correctly.

Those ChaLEAN Extreme workouts, P90X protein bars, and Shakeology are really working! I love it!

ONLY 7 more pounds to lose to reach my goal of 135!
