I just got my new workout program ChaLEAN Extreme, it looks awesome! The first workout is weights and resistance with a lot of muscle exhaustion. The doctor said I have bronchitis, so I am still not working out, but I plan on starting ChaLEAN on monday. I've decided to do at least 30 days of the ChaLEAN before I start P90X again, since I've had a cold for so long.
I also got P90X protein bars. So far I've tried wildberry yogurt and chocolate fudge. They are both really good! They each have 20 grams of protein!!
